Possible pregnant po ba ang delayed ng 1week

Regular cycle po ako walang ginagamit na contraceptives. Last mens ko po ay Sept 16 at until now wala pa po ako mens,pero nag PT po ako 2x its negative. Possible po kaya delayed lang ako or buntis? Thank you sa sasagot.
