I do not have any recommendations for catering, but I have frozen chicken broth, egg muffin in the freezer. So on the days If I am very busy, I take out the egg muffin & heat it up, top up with a fruit, and dinner is served. Or I can use the chicken broth to cook noodle soup, pasta soup, which is very fast too. Making the chicken broth & egg muffin is 1 time effort
