Calcium milk

Hi all..any recommendations on milk or calcium intake? For 40yr ensures? Anlene?

If u are looking particularly for higher calcium content, then go for Anlene or other high Calcium milk. Ensure has normal calcium content but is nutritionally complete, recommended for those who wants to gain some weight / make it as meal replacement. They serve different purposes
