pregancy weight

Any recommendation for slimming package with reasonable price. Its been 4yrs i hv not loss any weight. Its very distressing feeling and lack of confidence. I am a single mom, i work and dont hv time to excersise. I really want to get rid of my weight. I hv drastically put on 30kg. I feel like i go to work looks like a hippo to myself
