Hi can recommend gestational diabetes snacks that are good for me and baby

Oats, berries, apple, guava, white dragonfruit, Greek yoghurt. Stay away from sweet fruits like watermelon, pear, durian. Try to cut down rice, Milo, sphagetti. Eat small meals every 3 hours and don’t couch potato after eating, take a walk, do housework etc
