I did change my cosmetics, facial products (incl skin care, face wash), body wash, hair shampoo to pregnancy safe products. It’s actually not expensive as what people perceive. They’re actually about the same price as normal products, sometimes cheaper, depending on brand. It’s ultimately up to you what you want. If you feel it’s safer to switch to pregnancy safe products, go ahead and do not have to care what others have to say. It’s your body and your baby. You make the decision.

Not really needed. But I do have dry skin during my pregnancy. So I just changed to a more moisturising facial products. Regarding cosmetics, I was too lazy to put on makeup 😂 but if needed, I still use the same ones before my pregnancy. Baby came out healthy still 😂

I did change my facial products and it isn't as expensive as one thinks.. in fact the brand I switched to its practically 20% of the cost of my original 😅 I dun do makeup since wfh.. body wash, shampoo wise already using 8-free types at home..

I avoid fragrances, parabens, essential oils, castor oil, aluminum in antiperspirants, retinols. my skin became really sensitive to fragrances and such substances anyway, especially during the first trimester so it was a good detox.

You can check out 15minbeauty website listing pregnancy friendly brands and products, if what you have is considered “safe” there’s no need to purchase..

i still use what i was using prior to pregnancy .. everything is okay .. no need to waste money to get the pregnant friendly unless you are using chemicals ..

I just used as per what I always used. Not really into skincare or products so I didn’t really bothered about the ingredients. Baby came out fine 😃

I don't think need to change so much unless the ingredients are strong. I use the brand sukin! You can go and take a look on that 😊

I didn't thou. I continued using whatever bath products and cosmetics which I used previously pre pregnancy.

Not for me, I stick to my usual products but avoided those with ingredients like retinol and vitamin A.
