Notching in the uterine artery. Help pls.

Reaching out po sa mga mommies who have/had experience with notching in the uterine artery. Meron po bang treatment para mawala ang notching and kamusta po baby niyo nung lumabas? My baby was diagnosed to be small over a month ago, since then I have been taking onima capsule. Pero based sa current bps ko, 3 weeks behind pdin si baby kaya I was advised to have a color doppler. Then sa report, nakalagay notching in the right uterine artery. Nagsearch ako konti, then lumalabas na yung may mga cases na ganito, posible talaga magkaron ng fetal growth restriction. Nagsearch din ako ng treatment, kaso masyadong mamedical yung mga lumalabas kaya I thought of asking nalang sa mga naka experience na. Next week pa appointment ko sa Ob ko and I want to have an idea ahead ng appointment, para makapagtanong din ako ng right questions, if ever. Your thoughts will be highly appreciated po. Ilang weeks ka na po? may iba kac na nasa 1st or 2nd nawawala sa 3rd trimester but that doesn't mean na hindi na prone to preeclampsia or preterm labor. May dinaramdam ka po ba like hypertension or diabetes? Uterine artery notching is prone to premature birth, pre-eclampsia, gestational hypertension/diabetes kaya yung iba binibigyan ng low dose aspirin to prevent pre-eclampsia or maintenance sa BP. At very high risk ka po need for close monitoring esp the baby and most likely CS ka. May nailalabas naman na baby na OK kahit small for gestational age pero yun nga marami pa rin complications. Dapat macorrect yung uterine artery notch kasi ito yung most likely reason hindering/slowing the fetal growth kaya maliit siya for its gestational age. nagkakaron ng notch commonly if tumataas ang bp ng mother.. better na check your bp po.
