Just to rant. I choose sale of balance flat and end up only with all the lol 2,3,4. I nv live in a hob low floor before. I used to living in the highest level. I heard a lot of cockroaches and rats and is smelly and less windy. Can anyone living in low level tell me more about the living conditions. Like what should I prevent?
