.. Pati mga paa natin mula s binti gamg tlmpakan mskit at nnga2lay.. Its really normal limitado ndn kc ang mga movements and position ng pghiga pg mtulog, pgupo at lkad..i was still working at a wellness spa by the time i concieve my princess and i attended many pregnant women b4 and during my pregnancy..that was the time i undrstand how they feel, coZ it became my dilemma also. So to relieve the stress and pain yoga excercises for pregnant women came to the scene and rescue me.. Painful? yes, BUT its worth it!
