Consult your OB nalang po. Bawal pa po mga ganyan, nagiging systemic po kasi effect, it goes to the bloodstream tpus bka it myt affect the baby

    Super sakit po ng lower back ko then. Warm compress nalang po ginawa ko, which was effective naman po.
