Sleeping Position.
Pwede po bang salitan ang position sa pagtulog momshie dko kasi sanay sa patihaya . Leftside and right side po ginagawa ko kasi mas comfortable ako sa rightside.. Po. Thanks po sa sasagut

I asked my OB about this during my last prenatal and sabi niya any position that would make you comfortable. But still, lying on the left side is still the best position to sleep.
