Pwede kayang baguhin ang marital status ng parents s birth certificate ng bata? Inuna kasi namin ang birthing noon bago kmi naagpakasal.

i think hindi po. if for legitimation, iannotate po ang birth certificate ng bata. https://psa.gov.ph/content/faq-civil-registration-procedures-births

pwede po kaso gagastos po kayo para ipa change
