Sadly No po. Hindi kayo papayagan na magtravel especially may bata 😕 But if anyhow you want the requirements if you want to travel by AIR here po. Ang mga pinapayagan lang are the followings: 1. LSI (Locally Stranded Individuals) - ibig pong sabihin kung san kayo naabutan ng ECQ since March. - Medical Clearance Certificate issued by the Municipality Health Office - Travel Authorozation by PNP 2.OFW’s 3. APOR (Authorized Person Outside Residence) If bagong panganak ka pag normal or CS you still need to present Medical Certificate na you are fit to travel by Air. Pag Normal you can travel na but for CS atleast 6 weeks after the major operation. Hope this helps.
