Pwede ba magkape while breastfeeding mom

pwede mommy limit lang ng 1cup/day yung mga instant coffee and obserbahan din kung magiging fussy si baby.. btw ako po ang iniinom ko Mother Nurture Coffee 15mos na si LO ko.. 15mos na din ako nainom Nyan🥰 bukod sa coffeelover talaga ako.. yan po MotherNurture safe siya sa Breastfeeding mommies at nakakatulong pa dumami ang milk supply at ang sarap nya... never naging fussy at maganda lagi sleep ng baby ko

You know what? I had the same thoughts as you are, I am an EBF mom, too. Yes, you can drink coffee while breastfeeding. On my experience what I did, I just limited myself to one cup of joe to get me going through the day. Always remember that everything is good but moderation.
