One cup per day is okay.pero as much as possible pag kaya wag mag take ng may caffeine wag nalang pero if takam na takam na tlaga go pero wga araw arawin
Mas okay po kung mag milk ka na lang po. Dahil baka matuld ka saken na low birth weight si lo. Nakakaliit ng baby at nakakasama pala yan.
