Pump about 40ml in total in the morning and at night now. I am ready to stop already, about 9 months pp. do I still have to continue pumping till I don't get anything out? Or I can stop now totally already?

You can stop but will need to observe very closely for mastitis. 40mls is very minimal now. If anytime you feel engorged, you must massage gently and express it out. Close monitoring to your body changes is the way to go.
