Go for brown rice instead of bread since madali maka gutom ang bread at mabilis sya matunaw. Brown rice 1 cup Vegetable half ng plate Meat If mag egg ka, no to fried. Pwede minsan. Go for boiled. Then eat 5-6 times a day. 3 big meals, 2-3 snacks na in betweens meals. 😊
