Go for brown rice instead of bread since madali maka gutom ang bread at mabilis sya matunaw. Brown rice 1 cup Vegetable half ng plate Meat If mag egg ka, no to fried. Pwede minsan. Go for boiled. Then eat 5-6 times a day. 3 big meals, 2-3 snacks na in betweens meals. 😊

3tsp oatmeat yung hindi instant, egg with spinach and 1pc wheatbread, 2pcs wheatbread with cheesewhiz pero yung skto mo lng malsahan yung spread.... snack ko mostly bioled med corn yung white, 2pcs boiled sagibg saba yung hindi masyadong hinog, 1 cup boiled peanuts
