Pregnant at 28wks nipple lil leakage. How to know of it's colostrum or just watery

Since 20 weeks pregnant my colostrum has come out.. I tried to wipe it with a facial tissue and the color is yellow.. but now I'm 24w and the color has changed to clearer.. and my nipple look so dry and dirty, so i try to clean with bi-oil..
