Leaking breast

Leaking breast milk at 37 weeks? As the leaking it’s not milky white like colostrum, it’s like clear white watery discharge(clear + little bit of white). Is it normal? Should I see doctor I’ve been having this type of watery discharge since 34 weeks And tmi.. can I ask if usually the milk comes out of 1 hole? Is it because I’ve ezcema hence it’s coming out of many holes on my nipple? I’m so confused… please help me out
