try to eat foods that rich in fiber,.hinog na papaya apple or any fruits,.mag gulay ka lalo na alugbati kangkong kamote,more on water ka momshie,tpos aq pinapahid q ung ointment from lazada ok nman sa almoranas q,.or inom ka yakult per day
