Unti unti lang po pagkain, small frequent meals na lang po instead na 3 main meals a day. Check nyo rin po if may specific food or smell na nakaka-trigger ng pagsusuka nyo and avoid them. Take small sips of water po throughout the day (ice cold water works best for me) para di po kayo madehydrate. Look into food po na ok for nausea like watermelon. And pag hihiga po, left side lying and pwede ielevate yung upper body para hindi magflow yung acid.
