Diffuser and Essential Oils

Hi preggy mommies, would you know kung safe for preggy mommies ang pag gamit ng diffuser and essential oil? Nagstop ako during my 1st trimester, thinking na baka unsafe for the baby. But want to continue on my 2nd trimester kasi nahihirapan na ko matulog. Thank you for replying!
