Philhealth and SSS

hello po..tanong ko lang kung may open bang sss and philhealth satellite offices for maternity benefits/claim?.due ko na kasi on July,hindi ko din sure kung magagamit ko yung Philhealth ko since nag resign ako last February sa work.btw (Aug-Feb)ako nag work..thank you po sa mga sasagot
