It is possible that vaccine can cause diarrhea ?? She is 4 months old. The day after given the vaccine she poop 3-4 times a day. It’s been 3 days now since she got her vaccine and yes she’s still pooping 3-4times a day. Before she only poop once a day. Please aware me
