Yes po but that is very dangerous kasi hindi pa fully healed ang sugat na iniwan ng pagka detach ng inunan sa wal ng matres kaya may bleeding pa. Hindi pa magaling ang matres.

The ovaries may release an egg anytime it wants and that's what causes a woman to be "fertile" especially if hormones aren't perfect because you just recently gave birth. So yes, there is a chance you may be fertile.
