Hi po..Ask ko lang sino po sainyo nagtake na ng malungay capsules or kahit ano na pwedeng inumin pampagatas..Pwede na kaya uminom kahit hindi pa nalabas si baby? Sino may experience sainyo na nagkagatas na kahit hindi pa nanganganak ☺️

32 weeks na po ako and I started taking lactation treats specifically yun Ava’s Lactation Spread tsaka yun trial pack ng Mother Nurture Salted Caramel Coffee na nakuha ko sa baby fair. Havent asked my OB yet though. Pero ensure lang po na safe for pregnant yung product na ittake niyo siguro. May iba kasi na hindi pa suitable for preggy daw
