How to deal with Gestational Diabetis?

Hello po to all wonderful Moms out there? Hingi lang po sana ako ng advice, im currently 25wks pregnant with my first child and tested positive sa Gestational diabetis, ano po pwede ko gawin o itake para mawala siya? Thanks in advance po sa mga sasagot?‍♀️?
