hi I also redeemed my 1500 points in exchange of the mystery box and until now I do not receive yet the reward.I already messaged them on their email then they answered me that they are having a logistic problem then they also said that they will definitely send the box as soon as possible po.so let us just wait patiently po.Do not worry I think all the TAP users who redeemed the same reward have not received thier box too.
