Hello po, sino po may gestational diabetes na tulad ko? Ano daw po ba cause nun at paano nasabing may gestational diabetes ka? Any tips/advice po para sa mga mommies na katulad kong may gestational diabetes.

through ogtt test. dun mllman kung mei GDM ka. bawas sa rice at sweets. drink more water
