Hello po! Safe lng po ba mag squat exercise na ang 34 weeks and 5 days preggy? May nabasa kasi ako na squating exercise can help open the cervix. Eh takot po ako baka magiging premature lo ko. Hehehe pa advice nman po. Tia

same here i do some exercises nga po ehhh 33 weeks and 1 day preggy. maganda po yun feelings pagkatapos mag exercises. squats, crunches butterfly pero di po pasobra kasi baka maglabor sa di tamang oras sakto lang din.😍😍
