this works for me since newborn siya now going 2mos never pa nagka rashes hindi ako nagpopolbo kay baby hindi ako nag petroleum jelly unscented wipes kleenfant gamit ko dry diapers and need palitan agad if may poop if wewe lang 3-4hours palit mas maganda water and soap ang panghugas mie kaso medyu hassle kasi newborn pa kaya unscented wipes muna.. dapat di rin naiinitan si baby o pinagpawisan
