I can definitely relate to what you’re going through. Pregnancy hormones can cause all kinds of mood swings, and it’s totally normal to feel a rollercoaster of emotions. It’s okay to have moments of frustration, sadness, or even anger. It doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong—it’s just your body’s way of adjusting. Take it one day at a time, and don’t be too hard on yourself. If you ever feel really down, talking to your doctor can help too. You’ve got this! 🌸

What you’re experiencing is actually really common during pregnancy, especially the second time around. Mood swings can be caused by all the hormonal changes happening in your body. One moment you might feel irritable, the next sad or emotional—it’s all part of the process. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it might help to talk to someone you trust. Don’t worry, mama, this phase will pass, but it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling right now! You’re doing great. 😊

Hormonal changes during pregnancy can really mess with your emotions, especially as your body adjusts. It’s actually pretty common to feel mood swings, irritability, or even sadness—especially as you approach your second trimester and beyond. Your body is doing a lot of work right now! If you’re feeling down or overwhelmed, it’s okay to talk about it with your partner or a healthcare provider. You’re not alone in this! 💖
