Wash with soap every diaper change?

Kapag wiwi, ok lang kahit pat dry lng but if with poop, better po if wash with soap and rinse well with water para iwas po sa diaper rash. Make sure na gentle for newborn ang soap and to pat dry after. No need for wet wipes. Yung lactic acid daw po kasi sa pupu yung nagko-cause ng skin irritation. Sinunod ko itong advise ni Dr. Mata and very effective sa amin: https://www.facebook.com/drmataexplains/videos/1278887422463883/ Ang gawa ko noon sa newborn ko, after wiping off the excess poops, babasain ko yung cotton ball and put a drop of liquid soap para masabon sya, then use another wet cotton ball to rinse, pat dry. That is kapag konti lang yung poops (yung parang utot lang). Pero kung marami at messy, diretso buhos na talaga para mas madali at practical ☺️
