Not Constipated .

Hello po normal po ba na hindi ako constipated ? 7weeks preggy here . Normal parin naman ako magpoop. #1stimemom #pregnancy

Ako po nagstart maconstipate nung nagttake na ng iron supplement pero second trimester na.

yes po. especially if you eat fiber rich foods and drink lots of fluids.
