Hello po, may nakaramdam ba sa inyo ng pananakit ng tyan makirot at tumatalim na may kasamang panlalamig 11 weeks pregnant here.. sobrang hindi po ako comportable😭

nagprescribe yung ob ko ng duvadilan for pregnancy cramps but only take when needed. but best to consult with your doctor para mas sure.
