Confused if pregnant or not due to PT

Hello po! nag pt po ako last November 11 due to symptoms na experience ko and i got positive faint line. Tapos ng re test po ako Nov. 16 and 17 still faint positive test during madaling araw> Tapos kanina madaling araw ng pt ako using tgp brand pt mas mura sa ginamit ko last time tapos negative po. Im 5 days delayed. Nanditu po yung picture nung Nov. 10,16 and 17 na positive faint line. Please any opinion po, please help thank you :)
