ako on my 36th weeks pa pwde it depends po kasi yan sa condition mo if di ka naman maselan pwede siguro mas earlier. iba2 naman po kasi ang pregnancy ng bawat babae much better po seek an advice to ur OB/ midwife 🙂
i started walking even during my 20th week pero madalang pa nong umpisa.. i seriously made my 2k steps daily when i entered my 32nd week
momsh, mas maganda kung active ka po during your pregnancy para di na rin po mahirapan manganak.
36 to 37 weeks po mommy. Pero wag po bibiglain ha. Alalay na lakad padin po 😊
alam ko mga 35 . pero ask mo pren dr. mo kase yung iba hnd allowed mag walking
30wks na po ko and naglalakad lakad na ko..pero yung sakto lang..
On your 8th going to 9th po you can have your walking
