Refrain from watching too much sa news or mga updates about Covid-19. I-clear mo din social media mo from toxic people or pages na naglalabas ng mga content na nakakatrigger sayo. Look for contents sa FB or somewhere sa ibang sites na pwede mong gawin with baby and your other kids. Basta find ways na hindi ka mag overthink.
