BPO COMPANY (CALL CENTER)

Ako po preggy and working sa BPO. Nag pasa po ako ng Mat1 ko nung 1st trimester palang tummy ko. Mga 3months ganun kasi yun nakalagay sa requirements ni sss eeeh dat daw 1st trimester palang aware na sila na preggy ka. And yung sa benefits naman sabe ng HR namin 2wks before yung edd na nilagay mo dun sa form, mke credit yun sayo. Samin kasi isasabay siya sa payroll. Edd ko is July 16 makukuha ko yung SS MAT1 benefits ko sa June 30 na sweldo ko. 75% yata yun. And sabe yung amount is base sa na contribute mo or sa basic pay mo something like that. May chart daw kasi yun na binabasehan and yung HR benefits naman namin di pinakita sakin so dont have idea kung magkano talaga siya.

Hi mums, nag wo work ako sa bpo company pero currently naka maternity leave na ko. 2nd trimester na ng pregnancy ko nang nakapag submit ako ng requirements ko sa HR namin, I was advised na 30days before the delivery date mare receive ko na yung first half ng maternity claim ko, edd ko is on May 26 at na receive ko yung cheque ng within the 1st week of May, amount is 16k. The other half makukuha after the delivery, need mo i submit mga requirements for Mat 2. Ask mo na lang HR niyo paano process nila ng Maternity Claim, i e explain naman nila yun sayo ;)

ako mommy, call center ako before. 38weeks working pa ako. ung sa MAT1 ko before dito sa makati manila, pina complete yung requirements, then sinabihan ako ng h.r imemessage nlng ung t.l ko for update, kase ififile pa nila sa sss. 5months na ako nung na asikaso ko, after a month pina tawag ako to explain kung mag kano ang makukuha, what date papasok sa payroll, and nag sign na naitindihan ko. half lang muna sa MAT1 then sa MAT2 yung other half na required na ung birthcert ni baby.

employer ang nagbibigay ng computation sa sss, then sss signs for the approval of mat1 .. actually pwede ka magfile ng mat1 kahit di pa na update ang status mo noon .. your company will give you your maternity benefit once you started your ML, once you gave birth that is the time to give a copy of your child's BC sa HR together with MAT2 ..

abt contribution, you need 6months of contri within a year of your pregnancy for you to avail your ML

regarding sa salary computation, may ceiling po ang sss na sinusunod ..
