BLW (Baby Led-Weaning)

Hello po mga momsh, My LO is 1yr and 21days old na po and lately medyo hard to feed na po. Always grabbing the spoon pero di pa nman po marunong sumubo on his own,ending natatapon ang food. And i came to know about BLW. Any tips po on how can i start BLW? He used to eat veggies since we are following TK. Thanks po ?
