BLOOD HCG TEST

Hello po mga mommy. Ask ko lang po 2nd check up ko kasi then pinakita ko lahat ng laboratory ko. And biglang inadvise na magpa BLOOD HCG ako. Dahil nga di makita si baby sa ultrasound. No gestactional and no embryo. Just to make sure daw na buntis ako. Eh nag PT naman ako. ilan test na rin ginawa. Ganon po ba talaga?

The blood HCG test is to make sure na pregnant ka pa rin, even if wala gestational sac and embryo. Kase they need to check the HCG level since more accurate un than PT. I had anembryonic pregnancy before (no embryo) at 9weeks and they had me do HCG blood test to check if we should wait for embryo or to natural miscarry. Depends po sa weeks nyo, but at least dapat may gestational sac na po as early as 4werks kahit walang embryo, kaya po pinapamake sure ni OB naataas pa rin HCG nyo. Pray ka lang po! 🙏.
