preparation for tooth extraction

Hello po mga mommies! I am 16 weeks pregnant and am expecting for a tooth extraction next week. Before that, kailangan ko po mag take ng meds to lessen the abscess in my gums. Ano po ba alternative sa mefenamic as pain killer? And is cefalixin/cephalixin safe for me? Thank you po sa mkakasagot.

Nag consult po ba kayo sa dentist na pwede kayo bunutan or sa ob niyo? Alam ko kasi bawal ang mga antibiotics pag preggy. At bawal din magpabunot since madami ksi lalabas na dugo pag nagpabunot ng ngipin
