Hello Sis, same tayo ng case. Lumagpas ng .10 ang pang 2nd hour ko. Hindi ko kasi napigilan kumain ng 2 donut the night before ng OGTT. 😂
✅ Nag undergo ako ng 2 weeks blood sugar monitoring. Tusok daily in random ng before bfast, 1 hr after lunch and 2 hrs after dinner.
✅ Pina test din ako ng HBA1C, dito malalaman ang history ng blood sugar mo for the past 2-3 months.
✅ As for diet, low carb and as much as possible no sugar. Small frequent meals din ako para hindi maramdaman ang gutom. Halos no rice ako, more on oatmeal, wheat bread, mixed unsalted nuts, unflavoured crackers, almond milk, buko juice, lots of water. Sa ulam naman, fish, chicken and leafy sabaw. Pinalitan din ang milk ko from enfamama to Glucerna.
✅ Hindi ako nakapag lakad lakad dahil pinag bed rest din ako for 2 weeks. Thankfully, na clear ako yesterday ng OBGYN ko. Good ang result daily monitoring and ng HBA1C. Hindi na natuloy for endorsement sa Endo or mag insulin pa. BUT wag makampante, need padin maging very cautious and careful sa mga kinakain.
✅ Lastly, best to hear out your OBGYN talaga. Mabibigyan ka ng proper treatment, advice, test and medication.
