Feverish during my 10th week

Hello po. Medyo feverish po kasi ako like bitter ang mouth at slightly mainit ang palm at sole. Is this okay lang po ba or pacheck-up na ako. I'm scared baka kasi makaapekto kay baby.

nilagnat rin po ako before then i ask my OB po tatanungin po niya if ilang temp at mga mararamdaman mo po. To make sure na ok po kayo ni baby ask your OB po
