hi po. magtatanong lng po sana ako. until wen need iinom ng maternity milk? im 9weeks pregnant and its my first baby. thank you po sa sasagot.

saken naman po hindi naman inadvise na mag milk .. as long as you take calcium po. As per my OB ang 1glass of milk is equivalent to 1capsule of calcium. ☺️
