Delay fetal weight @ BPS Ultrasound (w/ Gestational Diabetes)

Hi po ka-team march, meron po ba here na same maliit si baby para sa age of gestation nya? Ano po effect sa baby if di masunod yung weight? Currently 35 weeks and based sa BPS 1.9kg daw po si baby and sabi ni OB maliit daw po sya kaya niresetahan nya po ako ng Amino acid, kaso natatakot akong masyado syang lumaki kasi baka mahirapan po akong ilabas sya.. First time mom po please need advise.
