Is this spotting or concerning?

Hello po, I'm 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant, I had an ultrasound when I was still 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and gestational sac palang ang nascan. Now I'm experiencing this, my next ultrasound is this coming saturday, June 28. Please advise. Thank you. #firsttimemom

Bed rest ka po.. Nag spotting din ako while on my early pregnancy like 6-7 weeks. Pahinga ka po.. pero pag hindi po nawala at pabalik2 punta kana po sa OB nyo
