Is this spotting or concerning?

Hello po, I'm 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant, I had an ultrasound when I was still 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and gestational sac palang ang nascan. Now I'm experiencing this, my next ultrasound is this coming saturday, June 28. Please advise. Thank you. #firsttimemom

That’s good po, baka dagdagan po ng Heragest. Yang dalawa din na yan ang gamot ko now since nag spotting din ako on my 5th week.
