Philhealth and SSS update

hi po! ftm here. i work po in a private company, tapos recently married lang din. need po ba i update ang philhealth and SSS surname para po ma gamit ko po ang HMO benefit ko? thanks in advance po sa sasagot.

hnd naman po mandatory ang pag change ng last name. optional lang po yun. pero make sure updated po from single to married.

HMO benefit? health card ba? dahil working ka naman, better ask your HR what needs to be updated.
